Despite the breakdown of their marriage in 2019, Maureen Esisi maintains that she and Nollywood actor Blossom Chukwujekwu are “technically” still married.
Since she did not put her signature on any divorce papers, she insisted that they were not legally divorced.
Despite earlier warnings from her in-laws not to leave the marriage, Esisi said on a recent edition of the podcast “The House Chronicles” that they actively encouraged their divorce.
She threatened to contact her son’s mother and ask her for reasons they cannot divorce. That [divorce] is not from the Lord, she would declare. He will improve, so there’s no need to worry. He claimed to have finished all of it out of the blue.
