Katsina United will be taking a week off

After a brief hiatus requested by the Nigeria Premier Football League, Katsina United have begun a weeklong vacation.

Rivers United will play their outstanding fixtures during the break.

May 13th is when the Chanji Boys are supposed to be back in training.

With Wednesday’s 7-1 thrashing of Dutse Strikers, Katsina United ensured their spot in the President Federation Cup quarterfinals.

The club’s administration is grateful to every player for their work and success this season.

With 48 points, Katsina United is presently in seventh place on the NPFL table.

When the league resumes later this month, they’ll face Bendel Insurance.
